These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Puzzion ("we", "us" or "our") and govern your use of the mobile games we publish on Google Play (the "Apps"). By downloading, installing or using an App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to use the Apps. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Apps only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
2. Licence
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to download and use the Apps on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. Your use is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Apps for any unlawful purpose;
- copy, modify, distribute, sell or rent any part of the Apps;
- reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code of the Apps, except where the law allows it;
- use cheats, bots, automation or modified versions of the Apps, or interfere with ads, servers or networks connected to the Apps.
4. Virtual items and purchases
Some Apps include virtual items such as coins, energy, hints or power-ups, which you may earn in the game, receive by watching optional rewarded ads or, where offered, buy through in-app purchases. Virtual items have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash and are licensed to you, not sold. All purchases are processed by Google Play and are subject to Google Play's terms and refund policies.
5. Advertising
Some Apps display ads provided by third parties. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or for any products or services they promote. See our Privacy Policy for how advertising partners use data.
6. Intellectual property
The Apps and all of their content, including game design, graphics, characters, music, text and software, are owned by Puzzion or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.
7. Third-party services
The Apps may link to or integrate services provided by third parties, such as Google Play. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.
8. Updates and availability
We may update, change or remove features, levels or content, and we may stop offering an App at any time. Some updates may be required to keep using an App. We do not guarantee that the Apps will always be available or free of errors.
9. Disclaimer
The Apps are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Puzzion will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or progress, arising from your use of or inability to use the Apps. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Apps at any time by uninstalling them. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version is always available at puzzion.com/terms. Continued use of the Apps after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Apps are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
