Privacy Policy

Effective date: 4 July 2025 · Last updated: 27 October 2026
Developer: Puzzion · Contact: support@puzzion.com

This Privacy Policy explains how Puzzion ("we", "us" or "our") collects, uses and protects information when you use our mobile games (the "Apps") and this website. By using the Apps you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Apps.

1. Scope

This policy applies to all mobile games published by Puzzion on Google Play and to this website. The Apps do not require you to create an account, and your game progress is stored on your device.

2. Information we collect

We do not ask for your name, address, phone number or contacts. The Apps and the third-party services they use may automatically collect:

  • Device information: device model, operating system version, language, region and screen size.
  • Identifiers: the Android Advertising ID (where you have not reset or deleted it), Firebase installation ID and similar app-instance identifiers.
  • Usage data: levels played, in-game actions, session length, settings and how you interact with ads.
  • Diagnostics: crash logs, performance data and error reports.
  • Network information: IP address, which advertising and analytics partners may use to estimate an approximate (country or city level) location. We do not collect precise GPS location.
  • Purchase information: if an App offers in-app purchases, payments are handled by Google Play. We receive a confirmation of the purchase, not your payment card details.
  • Information you send us: if you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include in your message.

3. How we use information

  • To run the Apps, save your progress and deliver in-game content.
  • To understand how the Apps are used and improve levels, difficulty and features.
  • To detect, diagnose and fix crashes and technical issues.
  • To show ads, measure their performance and prevent ad fraud.
  • To adjust game settings remotely (for example, difficulty or event configuration) without requiring an update.
  • To answer your support requests.

We do not sell your personal information for money.

4. Advertising

Some of our Apps are supported by ads, served through the AppLovin MAX mediation platform and Google AdMob together with their advertising partners. These partners may collect the information described in section 2 under their own privacy policies:

Your choices:

  • If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, our Apps ask for your consent before personalised ads are shown. You can change your choice later from the App's settings where available.
  • On Android you can reset or delete your Advertising ID, or opt out of ads personalisation, in Settings → Google → Ads (or Settings → Privacy → Ads on some devices).
  • You can also manage Google ad personalisation at adssettings.google.com.

5. Analytics and app services

We use the following Google services, which process data under the Google Privacy Policy and the Firebase privacy information:

  • Google Analytics for Firebase for anonymous usage statistics.
  • Firebase Crashlytics and Firebase Performance Monitoring for crash and performance reports.
  • Firebase Remote Config for adjusting game settings.
  • Google Play services, including in-app review prompts and Google Play Billing where purchases are offered.

We may also use the Meta (Facebook) SDK to measure app installs and ad performance.

6. Data retention

Game progress stays on your device until you clear the App's data or uninstall it. Analytics and crash data are kept by our service providers for the periods set in their own policies (for Google Analytics for Firebase, up to 14 months for event-level data). Support emails are kept only as long as needed to help you and for our records.

7. Data security

Data sent between the Apps and our service providers is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS). We limit the data we collect to what the Apps need. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children

The Apps are rated for general audiences but are not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@puzzion.com and we will delete it.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example, under the GDPR in Europe or the CCPA in California), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. Because the Apps do not use accounts, most data is tied to device identifiers rather than to you by name.

Delete your data: uninstalling an App removes the game data stored on your device. To ask us to delete data linked to your device from our analytics providers, email support@puzzion.com with the App name. We will respond within 30 days.

10. International transfers

Our service providers may process information in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where required, these transfers rely on safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version is always available at puzzion.com/privacy, with the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the Apps after an update means you accept the revised policy.

12. Contact us
